Warpstock Europe 2004 Announced

 

On behalf of the Warpstock Europe Board I'm proud to officially announce the Warpstock Europe 2004 event. The event will be held in Arnhem, The Netherlands from November 26-28th, 2004. Just as Warpstock 2002, this years event will be organized by the Dutch HCC OS/2 user group in close cooperation with German OS/2 user groups. This time Warpstock Europe will be more special then ever before, since the Dutch OS/2 user group will celebrate its 10th anniversary during the event. So, be prepared, it's for sure some silly things are about to happen!

will be updated with more information as soon as it is available. From now on online registration is open and can be done at the registration page on the website.


Get out your agenda and mark it so you can make plans to attend this wonderful and famous OS/2 event in The Netherlands.

Warpstock 2004 Registration opened

 

April 23, 2004 - This year's Warpstock Event will span four days of expanded classes and traditional sessions. You have the option to register for a daily attendance price or all four days at a significant savings. We have created for the first time, a bundled price including all four days of the event along with both socials. All prices will be discounted until August 15th. The discounted price is like getting the Socials for free and an additional $3 off the daily price, this is a great savings! Please register as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Classes will be on a first come, first serve basis, with limited attendance. Not all classes are included in the registration base price.

Warpstock is again offering credit card only payment plans for Early Registration of either 3 or 4 monthly payments to make it easier than ever to fit into your budget! The first payment can be as low as $13.75! You can purchase all four days and both socials for $57 a month. Payment plans will not be available for purchase after August 2004.

The Denver Team has planned 2 different after hours get togethers including a Saturday Night Social Event at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. There's a schedule posted on the website and at the store for this fantastic evening which includes private tours of two of the exhibit halls, an IMAX movie and a complete dinner along with transportation to and from the museum. There is a STRICT time limit on purchasing tickets to this event, so be sure to do so soon so you don't miss a great dinner and a unique night of private exploration at a world class museum. Friday night we will be taking you out for a night on the town with charter buses so that you can safely sample the night life. Thursday and Friday we will be going in groups to some of the local restaurants and cafes that are in walking distance from the hotel.

This link will give you our special rate plan of $79 a night, which will be available for 2 days prior and 3 days after Warpstock, so why not make it a family vacation and enjoy everything in the greater Denver region. We negotiated the rate to be good for single or double rooms and they can be upgraded for a modest amount.

Warpstock 2004 Announced!

 

Warpstock 2004 -- This is the announcement you have been waiting for. Get out your calendar and mark it so you can make plans to attend this educational/2 event. The Warpstock Board of Directors is very excited to announce that Warpstock 2004, the eighth edition of the annual Warpstock event, will be held in Denver, Colorado, October 21st thru 24th, 2004.

There are some terrific changes in store for attendees to make Warpstock a truly educational/2 event. The details have yet to be finalized, but the Denver Team is proposing to make Warpstock 2004 a four day event. The extra two days will include some in-depth classes (possibly at extra cost) on specific subjects with the traditional presentations on these days as well as on the traditional weekend event. Although we encourage people to attend all four days, a registration fee structure will allow you to select how many days you will attend. We also want you to know the Denver Team has planned 3 Different Evenings for us to get together after hours and get out of the hotel for a taste of the Rockies.
