HomePage Publisher, a shareware GUI Web Design tool for OS/2, has left
beta and is now at level 2.0A.  This new version supports frames and a
few other features.  There are tools for integrating Java applets and
multimedia add-ons into your web pages.

The new GRADD drivers available in FixPak 5 fix a few of the bugs found
in previous versions of HPP, most notably the ability to view
background bitmaps when constructing your web page.
