Modular Dreams (www.modulardreams.com) has released version 
1.4 of SX-Paint II, a photoshop-like programm for OS/2 Warp 
with lots of effects.

New special effects and gradiants have been added 
(including a "Lens Flare" feature) as well as a new tool
that creates random-dot 3d pictures.
