The people behind the Impos/2 2.0 graphics program for OS/2  have for
a while been working on a driver for the HP ScanJet 5P scanner.

Upon request I received a driver this weekend from imposup@ibm.net
that works fine with this scanner.

The problem with the previous HP-driver (without 5P support) was
that it wouldn't correctly scan the segment chosen in the preview
picture when this segment was taken in the middle of the scan-area.
