Although BlueCAD for OS/2 is no longer distributed through 
Indelible Blue, there is another source for USA sales. 
According to Cadware sales department:

BlueCAD is not discontinued and we are working to a new 
BlueCAD version. FRANK KASPER & ASSOCIATES, INC. - 
612-942-0566 VOICE - 612-942-5039 FAX. 
http://www.kasper-cdrom.com/ is distributing BlueCAD in 
the US.

CD EUROM INTERNATIONAL Inc. is importing BlueCAD in US but 
it's not a good reference for end users. Frank Kasper is 
actually carrying the product. You can e-mail them to know 
about their retail price and policy. 

The current BlueCAD retail box includes both OS/2 and Win 
95/NT versions; users can choose platform and 
they are encouraged to try OS/2.
