A new version of NetLookout is on Hobbes as:

Presumably it will be moved to:
   http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/internet/misc/nlook204.zip

NetLookout will watch Web, FTP and Gopher sites, and notify you if
something has changed. You can specify how often you want a site to
be
checked, what to ignore when checking a site, and how you want to be
notified when a site changes.
