OS/2 device driver developers interested in developing drivers
supporting 3D graphics acceleration should have a look at:

Attention: OpenGL Graphics Device Driver Developers
Accelerated 3D graphics support for OpenGL 1.1 for OS/2 is now
available through the IBM Developer Connection Device Driver Kit for
OS/2. Sample source and binary modules can be adapted by hardware
vendors to provide accelerated 3D graphics device support for OpenGL
1.1 on OS/2.
Features of the device driver sample include:
OpenGL acceleration in an OS/2 window
Accelerated color and depth buffer clears
Accelerated flat and Gouraud shaded triangles, with and without
depth buffer enabled
Fullscreen double buffering synchronized to vertical retrace
Asynchronous DMA operation for GLINT
To receive the OS/2 OpenGL Sample Device Driver Kit, developers will
be requested to supply information to verify that they have a valid
license with Silicon Graphics, Inc., for the use of OpenGL.
