Walter Metcalf has been accepted as the new Guide (webmaster)
of the Focus on OS/2 community web site.  In his own words:

"I am pleased to announce that I have been recently accepted by The
Mining Company as the new Guide (webmaster) of the Focus on OS/2 OS/2
community. Focus on OS/2 from The Mining Company has been inactive since
December, 1997 when the previous Guide left the site.

"Focus on OS/2 consists of a weekly feature article, a growing database
of the best in OS/2 links around the Internet, a Bulletin Board
specially for OS/2 users, a Chat Room, and more.

"My mission is to supply home and SOHO OS/2 users with as much
information as possible to help fill the void created by IBM.  Please
