I have finished my exams so DE development has started again. :o)

Dialog Enhancer has been updated to version 1.60. Also updated are
the pack files, with new support for Spanish language Warp 4.0
systems.

Changes are :

# OS/2 Clipboard icon bug fixed.
# Country Code check more reliable.
# Installer system undergone massive changes for much faster
installation.
# German and Spanish language support built in to installer.
# Win-OS/2 support much enhanced (Matrox drivers are only supported
for window control updates at the moment)
# 4OS/2 install error & check removed (Now works)
# Support to force OS/2 to use small icons at high resolutions during
install.

# New icons for the system setup folder.
# Support for Number 9 Imagine, and NeoMagic graphics cards added.
