Fortify has released a new patch for the latest service 
release of Netscape for OS/2 (000008) to enable 128 BIT 
encryption at: http://www.fortify.net/main.html

Fortify version 1.2.4 is now available on OS/2. This 
release supports IBM's service level 8 edition of Netscape. 
It makes strong cryptography available to all OS/2 users 
world-wide, without restriction, and at no cost. (normally
128-bit Netscape versions are only available to U.S. and 
Canadian citizens, by mail order, at a cost of $US 15.00).
