I've just released the first public beta version of Nice/2.
Nice/2 is a command line utility to change priorities
of related and unrelated processes. 

For now, it is available for download only from my 
home page at:

  http://www.geocities.com/Nashville/6525/nice001b.zip 

This utility will enable you to quickly change priorities
of almost any running process wheter it's a related 
process or not (useualy OS/2 only permits priority changes 
to related processes).
