SANE 0.74 has been released, and includes OS/2 enhancements by Yuri
Dario and Rocco Caputo. I suspect Yuri will have a binary available
for download from his web page soon.

  "Jul 27: SANE v0.74 is now available! There is a new backend for
  the Kodak DC25 camera and the backends for Artec, Microtek,
  Microtek2, Nikon Coolscan, and UMAX have been updated. OS/2 SCSI
  support has been improved so scanners can be autodetected and
  Epson parallel port scanners should now work under OS/2 as well
  (this is untested, however)."
