Highlights:

 - JAVA 1.1.6 is broken (problem found)
 - drag&drop using OS/2 mouse settings is fixed (next beta?)
 - 128 bit encryption will be in the GA release, and will be available
   on the web
 - Communicator has better DDE than 2.02
 - Open32 is no longer used
 - there may be a beta 2, or it may go right to final release
 - whether to port version 4.5 is undecided
