SchedulePerformance, Inc. is releaseing a "Lite" version of
 their Priority Master II software.  This scaled-back 
version is identical to Priority Master II with the following 
exceptions:

- No "Set Foreground Priority" feature.  Intended for file/
applciaiton/web servers, not available in Priority Master II Lite.

- Only 6 programs can be stored, as opposed to 128 in the 
full version.

- No 30-day Money back guarantee.

- Option settings are not transferable.  If you upgrade to 
the full version at a later date, you will not be able to 
transfer your current settings.

- Reduced priority on email support.  Customers who purchased the 
full version get priority over the Lite version.
