QuickCam Viewer for OS/2
========================

What is it? It's a shareware multi-function viewer for the 
Connectix Quickcam, supporting both Colour and Greyscale 
cameras.

The QuickCam Viewer's native 32-bit OS/2 support consists 
of a device-driver and a PM application.

Some features:

o Auto-detects parallel port and port-capabilities.
o Access to camera controls via sliders.
o B&W image enhancement with Gamma-corrected palette also 
  on slider.
o Low-light filter for speck removal on colour cameras.
o Auto-exposure calibration to suit current lighting 
  conditions.
o Any portion of the image can be selected for viewing.
o Image can optionally be stretched to fill entire picture 
  window.
o Can save images as BMP or JPEG file, copied to the 
  clipboard or printed.
o Supports Drag 'n Drop - picture can be dragged from the 
  viewer.
o Allows putting custom text or just date and time stamps 
  onto saved images.
o Configurable Settings, Image/Camera and Others saved to 
  ini-file.
o Desktop Lockup support! Use a live picture for a 
  screen-saver.
o On-line context-sensitive help.


Developers Edition
==================

Available to developers, a support DLL which provides full 
camera control. Anything the QuickCam Viewer can do is 
available using the APIs provided.
