The UP and MP CPU Utility/2 V1.00, or CPU/2 for short, is a 
commandline equivalent of the OS/2 SMP utility MPCPUMON.

That is, for Warp Srv. SMP it allows you to display the 
processor status (including setting a processor to Offline 
or Online) and the CPU utilization (regarding idle, busy 
and interrupt time) per processor. The CPU utilization 
display is also available under Warp 4 (for the first CPU 
only though).
