On-the-fly conversion (the app is automatically converted for you when
you load it), bitmap color fixes, Borland EXE fixes, EA's removed (version
checking now imbedded in EXE/DLL), Significant DirectDraw
enhancements (Quake II now runs full-screen even without a Voodoo
card), elimination of SYS2070/0127 errors.
