CMDRUN is an OS/2 WPS replacement WPFolder class which
gives the ability to start command line sessions from any 
folder with the current directory set to that folder, and 
gives a Run menu option similar to that found in Windows, 
allowing the starting of OS/2, DOS and Windows
applications.
