Install Toolkit for Java is a program for writing install 
programs for Java or non-Java programs (including OS/2, 
AIX, Solaris, Linux, and Windows NT/95 programs). Since 
Install Toolkit for Java is written in Java, it can be 
run on any platform and operating system that supports 
Java. This portability provides a simpler installation and 
distribution process.
