In reponse to StarDock's decision not to release another (v3) release
of GalCiv for OS/2 or Java (they're doing Win32 version), there's a
project of producing GalCiv clone for Java Virtual Machine (1.1.6 and
up, with Swing classes, or v1.2.0 when it's released on OS/2 and Linux).
