A new surfing tool has recently hit the web. Webcelerator 
(Home page: http://www.webcelerator.com ) claims to "speed 
up your web surfing" so that you can "stop waiting for 
pages to load".

There is only one snag: at the moment, there are no plans 
to  make an OS/2 version (according to a mail I received 
from  their technical support). Perhaps if enough people 
sent an  interested mail: support@accelerationsw.com 
this might change. One can always hope...
