Hello everyone,

the following updates are available from IBM:

- V41RSU.ZIP from ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/tcpip/rsu/stack/
this is supposed to bring SOCKETS.SYS to version 5.3007

But from MPTN fixpak WR08610, my SOCKETS.SYS already is at 
6.1002 ! Should I reapply WR08610 after installing this latest stack update for TCPIP 4.1 ?
Any clues are appreciated !

BTW:The only two problems I encountered so far were the 
netstat -s trap, for which a fix was posted some days ago, 
and the TCPIP 4.1 Configuration Notebook error.

It seems that IBM got some switches mixed up in the java 
code - to configure your LOCAL system, you must use the 
Remote Configuration icon, and vice versa ! (of course, you 
can also alter the command files... ;-))

- in ftp://testcase.boulder.ibm.com/netscape/fromibm/ you 
can find a file named COMM4.ZIP - investigate it at your 
own risk ! (I'm still downloading, so I can't tell you 
more...)
