The new TCP/IP 4.1 APARs *won't* install if 
you installed the 8610 MPTS fix because the 
INSTAPAR.CMD file checks the INETVER before 
moving the new components around.

With all the nslookup glitches, etc. I just 
decided to backout to the original 4.1 stack 
from my Software Choice subscription CDROM 
and then applied the new 4.1 fixes. Unlike 
some who found workarounds, I need to run 
NetBIOS over TCP/IP and, unlike others, the 
4.1 stack has been fine for me.

Anyway, that's where I've come down on this 
MPTS weirdness.....
