I am downloading WR082424 for MPTS from 
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/mp
ts/fixes/english-us as I type.  I have not 
gotten to the readme yet, but I am starting 
to suspect that WR08610 was never intended 
to be applied to systems running TCP/IP 
4.0x.
