Great news!  OS/2 users have a new program for editing digital 
photos and pictures:  Photo Tiger! The author, Michael Moegn, 
just released the final version and I, @Macarlo,registered user of 
210 OS/2 programs, downloaded the file (PHOTO103.ZIP, 1,145MB). 
I'm publishing an illustrated report about it in my OS/2 website 
(http://macarlo.com). Check it out.
