I have written a utility in Java which converts Post Road 
Mailer 3.0 folders to Netscape Communicator mail files.  I 
have uploaded it to hobbes where it should be available at 

http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/prm2nsm.zip

Later on it will be moved to

http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/internet/mail/util/prm2nsm.zip

This conversion tool requires that Java 1.1.6 is properly 
installed.  Source code is included.
