I have encountered something very interesting!!! AOL 
developed a JAVA program that is OS/2 friendly.  I have 
tried it, and it works very well.

Click on Beta for All Platform,
and search for AIM for Java.
YOU MUST INSTALL Java 1.17,
and Fixpak 9 - I think.
Find Generic Java Client, download it,
Use "UNZIP" to extract the file.

Run aim.cmd in OS/2 WARP 4.
