We have released a new version of the 
CandyBarZ utility!  We have had to scale 
back support for image formats other than 
bitmaps because of a bug in the MMPM system 
in OS/2 (multimedia).  We have reported the 
bug to IBM, but they want us to pay to have 
it fixed.  This isn't really feasible for a 
freeware project, so...

Future plans include a new themes system, 
that will allow people to put together 
themes and share them with others!
