Hi!

I've just released NICE/2 version 0.03.

NICE/2 is a utility to dynamicaly alter priorities of
processes and threads. Unlike programs such as SPE, NICE/2
can alter priority of a processes and threads AFTER they 
have been started.

New in this version:
* NICE/2 engine was redesigned
* NICE/2 now reports back to command line
* SDK for C and REXX (as per users request)
* NICE/2 now supports the 'NOCHANGE' priority class

NICE/2 v0.03 is available now at:
