I am pleased to announce that I have made a plugin 
available on my website , that allows you to use your 
Hauppauge Win/TV card with CUSeeMe/2. 

Please note that this plugin is still alpha code and some  
features are incomplete.

CUSeeMe/2 is a video conferencing application for Os/2 , 
which is compatible with CU-SeeMe for Windows.
