SouthTrust Bank, a major U.S. bank with 650 branches in 7 
southern states, has decided to standardize on IBM OS/2 
Warp 4.0 for all branches.  This upgrade will be rolled out 
over the next six months as part of SouthTrust's ongoing 
Y2K compliance program.
