Hi,
I'd like to announce that I've just uploaded to Hobbes (/incoming, to
be placed in /os2/util/misc) my simple and small command line string
replacing utility called ReplText/2, which I've boastingly labeled
version 1.0. I use it myself in conjunction with Kai Uwe Rommel's
powerful 'forall' utility (until I've implemented this functionality
myself) to apply the same changes to a set of files (like all the files
for a website). This version of ReplText/2 is freeware. I'll probably
add version with a graphical PM interface soon.
I've put up a web page at http://home.ivm.de/~schroeder/os2 for this
and future OS/2 apps I might develop, one of them being a simple
directory replication scheduler (early screenshot about to follow
shortly).
