  I asked SciTech Software about  OS/2 drivers for ATI RAGE 
128 and I got the following answer

All resolutions from 320x200 up to 2048x1536. Our new 
drivers have a new feature called 'Dial-A-Mode' which will 
allow you to dial up any custom resolution you want. The 
OS/2 version will include full support for this feature...
