Last month IBM made several updates to the OS/2 Device 
Driver Kit (DDK) site. This site contains all the 
information and source code that developers need to create 
OS/2 drivers. It is completelly free and anyone can 
register by pointing your favorite browser to
http://service.software.ibm.com/ddk/

There is source for USB drivers so those brave enough might 
attempt porting some linux usb drivers to os/2 for devices 
not already supported. :-)

Printer Device Driver Update (2/2/99)

A refresh of OS/2 printer driver files has been completed. 
The Omni, Postscript, and Plotter drivers have been 
updated. The updates include new device support, defect 
fixes, and a compiler upgrade to IBM VisualAge. 

An updated build enviroment is required to build this level 
of the source. Be sure to download the following files that 
can be found under Printer Device Drivers and Test Tools.

USB Device Driver Support (2/2/99)

New support for OS/2 USB device drivers has been added. 
These drivers include keyboard, mouse,
audio, and modem.

Clock Driver Update (2/2/99)
