Better SFX support, the sfx volum setting now works.

Loading during game start up is done in a seperate thread.

Credits is given in the "About" window.

Setting window is provided for the OS/2 command line
parameters. This means that you are able to change the
OS/2 releated settings during game play, you do not have
to re-start the game. Settings are saved in the
hexos2.ini file where hexos2.exe resides. Note that the
command line parameters overide the ini file settings.

Better mouse grabbing, if you have turned on mouse
grabbing you will not be able to access the menu
unless you have paused the game, either by pressing
[Num Lock] or [Esc] key.
