The Netlabs page has been updated. There is 
a downloadable preview of the Shockwave 
Flash plugin for OS/2. From the README:

Flash/2 Plugin for Communicator/2

This is just a preview !!

the list of things that don't work is 
enormous so please don't bug me with that

1. It will surely crash your browser. (paid 
no attention to cleaning up yet)
2. Graphics are out of position due to wrong 
window handle.

place the npswf2.dll in your plugin 
directory and restart your browser.
look at about:plugins to see if its 
installed, if so surf away !
