Here is some new information on Phoenix Software and 
the Think Tool Pro.

On the Think Tool Pro:

>We are currently working on the caching of the Think Tool,
  and as soon as that is done we will release the Beta 2 for
  testing (no I don't have an exact date). For more information,
  look here: 

  (Note: the Think Tool Pro is a database and information manager
   for OS/2.)

On the Phoenix Software web site:
