 I have found Savage3D / Savage4 OS/2 drivers version 
6.10.05 posted on the IBM PC Company Website BBS.
 Since they are difficult to find with a file name of 
e51t01a.exe, I changed the name to s3d61005.zip and 
re-uploaded them to ftp://hobbes.nmsu.edu/incoming. 
They were posted earlier by a gentleman from Europe, 
but the file was incomplete.
