   The reconstruction of our website has been accomlished. The tuning 
on the perfomance of DB2 has been found. The new pages are added and 
all previous pages are updated. This made it possible to speed up 
the responce of website.

- The rules for the Ukrainian TeamOS/2; (on the Russian language only)
