  Xact. A beta version of the program is currently available
  for download at the following address:

  We would be grateful for any comments you may have so
  that we can remove any last remaining bugs and make the
  final modifications before issuing the full version.

  The full version is due for release between the end of 
  January and mid-February 2000.
