I have uploaded a port of the Unix RM utility to Hobbes:

It will later reside at:

This version was compiled for OS/2 from a C version originally
written for MSDOS and the C source is included.

RM is a command line file and directory removal program. It will
remove subdirectories and files including those that are marked as
read-only and hidden. The subdirectories do not need to be empty.
