There is another FileStar/2 update (v2.10.03) available at:

This version contains a fix for the recent update (v2.10.02) that
would fail on startup if there was no existing INI file plus a couple
of other minor things that turned up in the interim.

FileStar/2 is an easy to use PM file manager with features for real
power users that want performance and flexibility.
