There is a new outfit in Seattle, WA called Xcentric Media Design
that offers free web based e-mail services, along with web hosting,
web page design, network design, and REXX programming services, etc.
They can be found at:

OS/2 is mentioned on their web page as a supported environment, & I
see that here are additional references to both Netscape for OS/2 and
Warp Server for E-Business.
