There is new version of the OS/2 PM ICQ client - pwICQ 0.28.

Changes include many bugfixes, some enhancments, interface changes
and mainly, CHAT support.

Currently pwICQ is available on hobbes at:

and later should be available in:

  http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os2/apps/internet/chat/pwicq028.zip
