Well, it appears that I was wrong about the Dfe530Tx drivers. The
DLink Tech Site package for the Dfe530Tx does not contain the OS/2
Drivers for this card. You must go to this ftp to:

  ftp://ftp.dlink.com//adapters/dfe530tx/os2patches 

to get the OS/2 Drivers. I have binary compare between the version I
use and the version from the ftp site and they are identical.
