The Aztech SC16-3D sound card with eprom uses the AD1816 chip but
does not run with the standard drivers provided by Aztech or Analog
Devices.

I patched the driver to work with this card and uploaded it to
Hobbes. The file azsc163d.zip can currently be found here:

  http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/incoming/azsc163d.zip 

and will most likely be moved to:

  http://hobbes.nmsu.edu/pub/os/system/drivers/sound/azsc163d.zip
