Tucows is planning on reinstating its OS/2 shareware/freeware 
section. I received this message from Tucows helpdesk upon inquiry:

  We are glad to know that somebody missed the OS/2 section :) It has
  been gone for just about 2 years now. Good News!!! Coming later
  this year we are bringing it back. Expect it late summer or
  possibly fall.
