I asked the os2archive webmaster what is happening to the web site,
that haven't been updated in a long while, and here it is what he
answer to me.

  Hi Martin, 

  No it is not abandoned... we are in the midst of reconstructing the
  site...we have a number of projects that we are currently working
  on...unfortunately ... os2 is not the top priority. We should have
  the site updated within a few more weeks.
