Here's another Russian OS/2 site readable by non-Russians (cause it's
in English and has no cyrillic letters):

Available programs:

qsc
   quick tcp portscanner (up to 100 times faster than idsc)

vsched
   a simple scheduler that can have individual thresholds for each
   event (no docs, unfortunately)

geturl
   a set of rexx scripts for scheduled downloading using wget. same
   functionality as GlassMan's awget and similar programs. BUT: it's
   mine and it was written earlier :)

wf
   wipes freespace on a volume by creating a big file (as big as
   freespace). filled with 0's (updated 2000/07/21)

trk2iso
   utility that will remove the 40-byte header of RSJ's .trk files
