IBM has now put out a couple of updates for various FixPak 14
problems. It is located at:

  ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com/ps/products/os2/fixes/v4warp/english-us/xr_m014 

The file is krnl0809.zip, and the readme is krnl0809.txt.

(There is also a KRND0809.ZIP & KRND0809.TXT; according to
KRND0809.TXT, it says this is "the half strict debug Kernel",
whatever IBM means by "half strict").
